2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • You were charged in error.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 10 days of the purchase date and provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products (downloads, e-books, courses, etc.) once accessed or downloaded.

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Services that have been rendered or partially completed.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • All coaching services

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at hello@prophetessericafuller.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
